Dear Player:

You should be very excited about the challenges and opportunities you will be facing this next fall as a Ridgefield High School Boys Soccer Program candidate.

I would like all of us to continue straining towards the goal to be the best Program possible.  Over the last 8 seasons RHS Boys Soccer Program has been very successful.

            • 'LL' Class State Tournament Champion, 2007

            • 'LL' Class Quarter Finalist State Tournament, 2010

            • Finalist in the FCIAC League Play-offs, 2007 & 2009

            • Division Champion in the FCIAC League, 2007 & 2010

            • Quarter Finalist in the FCIAC League Play-offs, 2008, 2009 & 2010

            • Sportsmanship Award from the W. Ct. Referee Assoc, 2006 & 2008

            • Ranked #1 in Connecticut, #3 in New England and #23 in the US
              amongst all high schools 2007

            • State Tournament Qualifications, 2004-2011

 

We have a history that we can truly be proud of and together we can continue to be a power house in Fairfield County and beyond.  With much preparation and discipline on and off the field I anticipate a rewarding experience again this fall.
Enclosed is an outline of an off-season curriculum and optional programs to give you the opportunity to prepare properly for the FALL 2012 soccer season.

I hope you find the provided information and curriculum helpful.  In no way should you feel pressured by me or any of your peers to take part in any of the off-season programs I have recommended.  I do not monitor and/or judge anyone by whether or not they participate.  RHS Tryout results and a genuine positive attitude will determine your status as a 2011 RHS Boys Soccer Program player.
